The Renaissance Man American Whiskey is raw and unfiltered, so you may find a bit of barrel dust in the bottom of your bottle. Don't fret it, it only makes it better. Because they don't cold filter, the fats in the whiskey may separate when the whiskey gets cold. Just shake the bottle and you're back to drinking pretty whiskey.

The process of distillation creates harmful toxins and impurities that the body struggles to filter out. In addition, when using grains that have been treated with pesticides, these chemicals become concentrated during the distillation process.

Renaissance Man sources only the highest quality organic ingredients, untouched by harmful pesticides. Through their Oak Stave Aged process, the harmful toxins created by distillation are removed. This allows you to appreciate the complexities of each grain chosen when drinking our whiskey.
