Qualia Immune is designed to support both innate and adaptive immunity and to support the body’s many different types of immune cells like T, NK, mucosal, macrophages, dendritic cells, and more. It does this through polyphenols, mushrooms, superfood extracts, beta-glucans, probiotics, herbal immune tonics, algae extracts, trace minerals, vitamin D, and immune cell antioxidants that counter immunosenescence, promote the generation of immune cells, promote antibody response and challenge the immune system in a way that trains its intelligence.
Take 4 capsules with breakfast or a morning snack. If preferred, the dose can be split with 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules later in the day. Immune is designed to be taken 5 days on and 2 days off each week. It does not matter if the “off-cycle” days are consecutive or apart, so long as they happen each week.

Qualia Immune contains a mix of immune supportive ingredients. Our science team expects that some level of immune support starts occurring on day 1. However, many of the ingredients—Wellmune® Baker’s Yeast Beta Glucan is an example—continue to build immune fitness over time and would be expected to be providing greater immune support after about several weeks of taking them.
