PS01-Wave is a joint effort between Pro-Ject Audio Systems and Parov Stelar based on the highly acclaimed Debut Carbon Esprit (DC), which sets the standard of performance among reasonably priced turntables.

PS01-Wave is a real eye-catcher and meets the growing demand of all fans of Parov Stelar and first-rate sound! The carbon fiber tonearm ensures superior stiffness and significantly reduced resonance compared to metal tonearms. It's normally used in high-end tonearms that cost much more. Together with an acrylic platter the carbon tonearm offers outstanding sound quality! The approved belt drive design offers a low-noise AC motor with effective TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) motor decoupling and an ultra precision frequency DC-driven AC generator for ultimate speed stability and without unwanted vibration. PS01-Wave was made in a limited production run of only 1000 pieces worldwide!

Does this turntable require a preamp? Does it use RCA jacks?

This 'table does require a preamp. Either an outboard one will work or the PHONO input on your amp/receiver.
Yes, it uses RCA output cables!

Does the unit lift the arm after record is over?

The turntable is fully manual and does not lift automatically. However, it has a dampened cueing level that allows you to gently lower the arm at the beginning of the disc and raise it at the end (instead of using your hands!).
