This two piece set consists of the PLAN B Olive 8" Chef's Knife and Olive 6" Utility Knife. These are the two models most often used in the kitchen. This starter set is especially ideal for cooking beginners.

The Japanese style edges combined with premium German forged "X50CrMoV15" steel makes these knives razor sharp cutting tools. Each blade is individually sharpened and then polished to create a perfectly honed blade that’s incredibly sharp right out of the box.

Most knives sacrifice sharpness for durability or vice versa. These knives feature the highest quality German forged steel (DIN 1.4116), manufactured in Solingen, Germany for perfect cutting properties. This is finished with olive wood handles that are silky smooth in the hand.
