This three piece set consists of the PLAN B Olive Bread Knife 9", Olive 8" Chef's Knife, and Olive 6" Utility Knife. With this Gourmet Set you have two of the most important models in the kitchen as well as the additional bread knife for cutting tough bread crusts, salads, or crusty roasts.

German forged "X50CrMoV15" steel makes these knives razor sharp cutting tools. Each blade is individually sharpened and then polished to create a perfectly honed blade that’s incredibly sharp right out of the box.

Most knives sacrifice sharpness for durability or vice versa. These knives feature the highest quality German forged steel (DIN 1.4116), manufactured in Solingen, Germany for perfect cutting properties. This is finished with olive wood handles that are silky smooth in the hand.
