The PLAN B Utility Knife from the Olive series is versatile due to its shape, and the blade length of 6" makes this an all-around kitchen prep blade that is not to be missed.

The Japanese style edge combined with premium German forged "X50CrMoV15" steel makes this knife a razor sharp cutting tool. Each blade is individually sharpened and then polished to create a perfectly honed blade that’s incredibly sharp right out of the box.

Most knives sacrifice sharpness for durability or vice versa. This knife features the highest quality German forged steel (DIN 1.4116), manufactured in Solingen, Germany for perfect cutting properties. This is finished with an olive wood handle that's silky smooth in the hand.
