The PLAN B chef's knife is an all-rounder. It easily cuts fish, meat, fruit, or vegetables. It is also suitable for chopping or weighing herbs—thanks to the wide blade, you can pick up food that has been cut very easily. A kitchen knife that should not be missing in any kitchen.

The Japanese style edge combined with premium German forged "X50CrMoV15" steel makes this knife a razor sharp cutting tool. Each blade is individually sharpened and then polished to create a perfectly honed blade that’s incredibly sharp right out of the box.

Most knives sacrifice sharpness for durability or vice versa. This knife features the highest quality German forged steel (DIN 1.4116), manufactured in Solingen, Germany for perfect cutting properties. This is finished with an olive wood handle that's silky smooth in the hand.
