What is the maximum weight that the wall/shelves can hold?

The big NS wall can hold up to 110lbs, the small wall can hold 55lbs.

Can the panels be cut to fit a smaller size?

The panels have a metal backing and construction around the perimeter for support, unfortunately, they cannot be cut.
