This extraordinary assemblage is built around a large, genuine, WWII aviation compass, which would have been installed in the Navigator’s compartment on a B-17, B-24, or B-25 aircraft. The large knob on the upper left when turned rotates the inner dial. The solid pewter model B-17 flies over the instrument on a sturdy aluminum support. The Flying Fortress nameplate is an exact replica of that found on B-17 instrument panels. Will quickly charge Android and Apple phones. USB-C cord included. Signed by the artist.
