Workstation ONE Medium

The Workstation ONE multifunctional cutting board is designed to create a seamless workflow in your kitchen. The sliding stainless steel container attachment collects juices, chopped foods, and kitchen waste. The cutting board is reversible for different foods— one side is smooth for cutting fruits and vegetables, while the other side features a juice groove with a slope for carving meats. It's also 2mm higher than the base of the workstation, so that the board is stressed by the knife rather than the base. Lastly, the Workstation ONE has an integrated magnetic knife holder for four of your most used kitchen knives. The magnetic surface is powerful yet gentle on the blade.

Made from hard oak wood, the Workstation ONE has been handcrafted and oiled with food-safe oils. The integrated board is also made of Richlite for cutting all foods whose smell and taste may penetrate the wood, for example onions, garlic, chili, meat, or fish. Richlite antibacterial, gentle on knives, heat resistant, and dishwasher safe.

Care Instructions
All products are treated with a food-safe hard oil based on linseed oil and supplied pre-oiled once. For further care, it's recommend that you rub the cutting boards thinly with your trusted cooking oil at regular intervals and remove any excess with a cotton rag. Otherwise the boards can be washed, scrubbed and brushed. Do not put it in the dishwasher. The damp boards should always be set up to dry so that they can dry evenly on both sides.
