Handcrafted in Greece from solid bronze, this Athenian Ceremonial Sword is an exact reproduction of a sword found at excavations in the area of Kerameikos, Athens. The original is dated to 490 BCE and currently resides at the National Archaeological Museum, Athens. Believed to be a ceremonial sword used for animal sacrifices, it features the head of a lion engraved at the top of the blade. This replica sword is offered with a marble stand to create a perfect display piece.
