It has a deep, satisfying scent of nutmeg, baking spices, and spiced brown butter on the nose. The palate exhibits notes of juicy stone fruits and toffee candy, while the medium finish revisits the warm nutmeg.
Rev. Elijah Craig was a pioneer who is credited with being the first distiller to age his whiskey in charred oak barrels.
